My New Shoes

These are my new shoes.  They remind me of the song "I love the flower girl".  I do love these shoes.  Very comfy.

Eternal Love

I found this image of this beautiful little girl having just made her First Communion. I spent an entire evening, yep a entire evening fooling with this in photoshop elements. I love the effect of the brushes.

This is a photo of my Aunt Conswella. She passed away long before I was born but I would have loved to have know her. I have a clutch purse that belonged to her. I need to alter it some way.

Digital Photo

During this long haul I've been on since March trying to recoup from that wreck, I've been studying and taking online classes trying to get a handle on the massive world of digital collage. While I've not even nicked the tip of the ice burg, I have learned a few things. I took this photo in St.Francisville, La. I love old homes that are at the end of their life, If only walls could talk. I added a little bird right on top of the house.

CRASH

Well I guess I didn't have enough to deal with so to add insult to injury I was in a awful crash last week. I lost control of my VW beetle and totaled it out. I sustained a fracture to my spine and am out of commission for what seems like will be forever. I didn't know such level of pain was even possible. Have appt. with a specialist tomorrow so hopefully I will be moving again real soon. Teach me to lean over to put a coke in a holder and move the steering wheel in the same direction LOL.
